By accessing or using the BLF seeding platform ('Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms'). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Good Steward Global FZE LLC, the operator of this Service.

The Service is a K-beauty influencer seeding platform that connects brands with influencers for product seeding campaigns, including campaign management, influencer registration, social account linking, and performance analytics.

Good Steward Global FZE LLC operates and maintains this Service as a data processor, acting under the instructions of the data controller.

BLF MENA General Trading L.L.C (Commercial License No. 1444089, issued by the Dubai Department of Economic Development, United Arab Emirates) is the data controller responsible for the personal data processed through this Service. All data protection inquiries and rights requests should be directed to BLF MENA.

For details on how your personal data is handled, please refer to our Privacy Notice (/legal/privacy-policy).

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use this Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You may not create more than one account without prior written permission. Accounts are non-transferable.

The Service supports linking your TikTok account via TikTok Login Kit and your Instagram account via Instagram Login OAuth ('Social Linking'). Social Linking is required to participate as an influencer on this platform.

By authorizing Social Linking, you consent to our collection and use of your social account profile information, follower count, engagement metrics, and content data as specified in our Privacy Notice (/legal/privacy-policy).

You may disconnect your linked social accounts at any time through your account Settings. Disconnecting a social account may limit or terminate your ability to use influencer features of the Service.

Social Linking is governed by the respective platform's terms of service (TikTok Terms of Service, Meta Platform Terms) in addition to these Terms. We are not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms to their APIs or policies.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not: (a) provide false or misleading information during registration or campaigns; (b) impersonate any person or entity; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (d) use the Service to send unsolicited communications; (e) interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure; or (f) engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit or publish through the Service. Content must not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights or violate applicable laws.

Your use of the Service involves the processing of personal data by BLF MENA General Trading L.L.C as data controller, and by Good Steward Global FZE LLC as data processor.

Our Privacy Notice (/legal/privacy-policy) explains what data we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it, and your rights. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Notice.

Data is stored in the UAE (Supabase me-central-1 region). International data transfers, where applicable, incorporate appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Good Steward Global FZE LLC and BLF MENA General Trading L.L.C and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

By submitting content through the Service, you grant BLF MENA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit, and that such content does not infringe any third-party rights.

The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Good Steward Global FZE LLC and BLF MENA General Trading L.L.C shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at the address in Section 11. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 7, 8, and 10) shall survive.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email and/or by prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The version date at the top of this page reflects the date these Terms were last updated.
