1. Data Controller
This Privacy Notice applies to the "BLF" application (the "App") — the BLF influencer seeding platform, comprising its web application, installable Progressive Web App, and its Instagram (Meta) and TikTok integrations.
BLF MENA General Trading L.L.C (License No. 1444089, issued by Dubai Department of Economic Development, United Arab Emirates) is the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this notice.
The platform and its associated Meta/Instagram application are developed and provided by Good Steward Global FZE LLC; BLF MENA operates the seeding campaigns on the platform and determines how the personal data is processed.

본 개인정보처리방침은 "BLF" 애플리케이션(이하 "앱")에 적용됩니다 — BLF 인플루언서 시딩 플랫폼의 웹 애플리케이션, 설치형 PWA, 그리고 Instagram(Meta)·TikTok 연동을 포함합니다.
BLF MENA General Trading L.L.C(라이선스 번호 1444089, UAE 두바이 경제개발부 발급)가 본 방침에 기재된 개인정보의 처리 주체(data controller)입니다.
본 플랫폼과 연동된 Meta/Instagram 애플리케이션은 Good Steward Global FZE LLC가 개발·제공하며, BLF MENA가 플랫폼에서 시딩 캠페인을 운영하고 개인정보 처리 방법을 결정합니다.
2. Lawful Basis of Processing
We process your personal data on the basis of contract performance — the data is necessary to carry out the seeding transaction you participate in (product shipment and campaign fulfilment).
Applicable provisions: UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021) Art. 6, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), and Korea PIPA Art. 15(1)3, together with the notice obligations of KSA PDPL, Nigerian NDPA 2023, South Africa POPIA and Kenya DPA 2019.
2. 처리의 법적 근거
당사는 귀하가 참여하는 시딩 거래의 이행(상품 발송 및 캠페인 수행)에 필요한 범위에서 계약 이행을 근거로 개인정보를 처리합니다.
적용 규정: UAE PDPL(Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021) 제6조, GDPR 제6조 제1항 (b), 한국 개인정보보호법 제15조 제1항 제3호 및 KSA PDPL·나이지리아 NDPA 2023·남아공 POPIA·케냐 DPA 2019의 통지 의무 조항.
3. Personal Data We Collect
Name, SNS handle, shipping address, contact details (email and phone number), and seeding shipment history (product name and shipment date).
For transaction settlement and campaign records, where you provided them: year of birth, gender, photo, identification/license number and bank account details.
SNS account linking data, where you authorize it: Instagram (via Instagram Login OAuth) profile information, follower count and access token; and, once introduced, TikTok (via TikTok Login Kit) equivalent data. TikTok-sourced data is handled under the TikTok Developer Data Sharing Agreement (effective 22 Jan 2026), under which BLF MENA acts as an independent controller; transfers of EU/UK data incorporate Standard Contractual Clauses.
3. 수집하는 개인정보 항목
이름, SNS 핸들, 배송 주소, 연락처(이메일·전화번호), 시딩 발송 이력(제품명·발송일).
거래 정산·캠페인 기록 목적으로 제공하신 경우: 출생연도, 성별, 사진, 신분증/면허 번호, 은행계좌 정보.
귀하가 연동을 승인한 경우 SNS 계정 연동 데이터: Instagram(Instagram Login OAuth) 프로필 정보·팔로워 수·액세스 토큰, 그리고 도입 시 TikTok(Login Kit)의 동등한 데이터. TikTok 데이터는 TikTok Developer Data Sharing Agreement(2026-01-22 발효)에 따라 처리되며, BLF MENA는 독립 컨트롤러로서 책임을 부담하고 EU/UK 데이터 이전에는 표준계약조항(SCC)이 편입됩니다.

Fulfilment of K-beauty seeding transactions: shipping products to you and measuring seeding campaign effectiveness.

5. Retention Period
We retain your contact and transaction details (name, address, phone number, banking information, identification number, email) for 24 months from your last seeding shipment. After 24 months of inactivity, a 30-day advance notice is sent where contact details are available, and the above details are then deleted unless a new transaction occurs.
Your public SNS profile information (handle, profile URL, follower statistics, campaign performance) is retained as a record of our business engagement and partner pool. Shipment history is preserved with personal identifiers removed.
If you request deletion of your data, the same deletion is performed after a 30-day grace period during which the request can be withdrawn.
5. 보유 기간
연락처·거래 정보(실명, 주소, 전화번호, 은행계좌, 신분증 번호, 이메일)는 마지막 시딩 발송일로부터 24개월간 보유합니다. 24개월간 거래가 없으면 연락 수단이 있는 경우 30일 사전 통지 후 위 정보가 삭제됩니다(새 거래 발생 시 자동 해제).
공개 SNS 프로필 정보(핸들, 프로필 URL, 팔로워 통계, 캠페인 성과)는 거래 기록 및 파트너 풀로 보존됩니다. 발송 이력은 개인 식별자가 제거된 형태로 보존됩니다.
삭제를 요청하신 경우, 철회 가능한 30일의 유예 기간 후 동일한 삭제가 수행됩니다.
6. Disclosure to Third Parties
Courier companies (e.g. DHL, FedEx, EMS) receive your name, address and contact details solely for product delivery. We do not sell your personal data or share it with any other third party for their own purposes.
We use the following service providers (processors) acting on our instructions: Supabase (data hosting, UAE region), Resend (email delivery, United States), and AfterShip (shipment tracking). International transfers to processors are limited to what is necessary to provide the service.
6. 제3자 제공
운송사(DHL·FedEx·EMS 등)에 배송 목적에 한해 이름·주소·연락처가 제공됩니다. 당사는 개인정보를 판매하거나 제3자가 자체 목적으로 쓰도록 제공하지 않습니다.
당사의 지시에 따라 처리하는 수탁자: Supabase(데이터 호스팅, UAE 리전), Resend(이메일 발송, 미국), AfterShip(배송 추적). 수탁자에 대한 국외 이전은 서비스 제공에 필요한 범위로 한정됩니다.
7. Your Rights
You may at any time exercise the rights of access, correction and deletion through the Privacy section of your portal Settings. Restriction of processing and any other requests can be exercised by contacting us (Section 11). Requests are processed within 30 days (UAE PDPL Art. 13, GDPR Art. 15–18, Korea PIPA Art. 35–37).

7. 정보주체의 권리
귀하는 포털 설정의 개인정보 메뉴에서 열람·정정·삭제를 직접 행사할 수 있고, 처리정지 등 그 외 요청은 제11조의 연락처로 행사할 수 있습니다. 요청은 30일 이내에 처리됩니다(UAE PDPL 제13조, GDPR 제15~18조, 한국 개인정보보호법 제35~37조).

8. Device Identifier Notice
To detect abnormal logins and protect your account, we compute a device identifier from your browser's user agent, screen size, timezone and a canvas hash. It is used solely for login security. You may delete stored device identifiers at any time in portal Settings (active opt-out); doing so does not lock you out of your account.

비정상 로그인 감지 및 계정 보호를 위해 브라우저의 UA·화면 크기·시간대·canvas 해시로 기기 식별자를 생성합니다. 이는 로그인 보안 목적에만 사용됩니다. 포털 설정에서 언제든 저장된 기기 식별자를 삭제(능동 거부)할 수 있으며, 삭제해도 계정 이용이 차단되지 않습니다.

Your data is stored in the UAE (Supabase me-central-1 region).

10. Changes to This Notice
When this notice is updated we will notify you by email and display the updated version on the registration page. The version identifier at the top of this page reflects the effective date.
